MSc. Food Engineering from Jiangnan University. Currently Project Manager at Alfa Laval, Denmark.
Deep knowledge in China food industry, focus on food processing& engineering. Held key positions in several start-ups with great resource in tech transfer and incubation. Awarded outstanding prize in 2017 national venture contest.

JINGBO LI
PhD from Aarhus University in Biochemistry, postdoc at MIT. Currently Seniror Engineer at Ginkgo Bioworks.
Focuses on food tech, lipid chemistry, fermentation and metabolic engineering, has published many influential papers. Possess extensive network in food and biotech academia.
