AOCFP visited the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University

On July 11, 2013, the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University welcomed participants from various organizations, including the Overseas Chinese Food Association, the European near-infrared analysis company Chemometric Brain, and China leading nutrition manufacturer Glory Group. Vice Dean Prof. Zhao Wei and some members of his team from the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University attended the meeting.



此次会议是在海外食品华人协会高级顾问、江南大学合作企业海维·格乐瑞集团总经理王华川的引荐下与江南大学食品学院的第一次交流,协会联合创始人汤志远代表协会出席参加。会议围绕人才培养、学术合作等潜在合作领域进行了探索性交流。协会的合作单位、欧洲近红外食品检测公司Chemometric Brain的代表Jacob Kristensen Illán也参与了交流,分享了该公司在近红外食品检测领域的专业见解,与江南大学就未来合作方向进行了探讨。

This meeting marked the first formal exchange between AOCFP and the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University, bridged and facilitated by the Wang Huachuan, Senior Advisor of AOCPF and General Manager of Glory Group which is collaborating enterprise of Jiangnan University. Will Tang, the co-founder of AOCFP, represented the association at the event. Discussions revolved around potential areas of cooperation such as talent cultivation and academic collaboration. Jacob Kristensen Illán, representing Chemometric Brain, shared the company's expertise in near-infrared food analysis and explored future collaboration directions with Jiangnan University.
